Marketing Associate - Graphic Designer

Our company, Atlantic Training, is all about real people offering real solutions to companies in need. We don't have: a board to appease, nor are we owned by some random investment group whose portfolio includes us and a chain of coffee houses. 

Although we have been around since 2005, we are very much still a startup and hope to be forever. Over the past few years, we have transitioned from a tangible training media e-store to an amazing software/digital media company. Last year we had over 73% growth with our core training solution, SafetySoft. This should have been much higher, but we didn't have you!

The objective of this job posting is to find a Marketing Associate to help build out our product and message to Fortune 500 companies throughout the US. 

This is a real chance to make a difference in a company vs working on one single segment of marketing in a corporate job. Although our web presence is already well established, there is plenty of room for you to make your mark with SafetySoft

Daily Deeds...

  • Design and create marketing emails with HubSpot (Newsletters and Workflows). 
  • Design and create posts for Social Media (Linkedin, Facebook & Twitter). 
  • Engage with our users and manage Linkedin (light outbound).
  • Design content for special promo emails, landing pages, blog posts, and our website. 
  • KPIs/weekly stats tracked and reported.
  • Utilize HubSpot to run A/B testing and campaigns for email and social media.
  • Media buying (light Google PPC).  
  • Update the content calendar as you build new content.
  • Working with the Marketing Manager to build out enterprise strategies to penetrate big markets.

What We're Looking For...

  • Marketing Mind, Creative Eye, and Personable spirit.
  • 3+ years of Marketing or communications experience.
  • Strong oral communication skills. 
  • Experience continually measuring and improving activities and processes.
  • Having the ability to think big.
  • Amazing Personality.
  • Experience with Social Media.
  • NO college degree required (just have Drive).
  • Graphic Design Experience.

Bonus Experiences... (wish list)

  • Knowledge of HubSpot Growth Suite (Enterprise).
  • SaaS knowledge.
  • Video Production and/or Editing Skills.
  • B2B Marketing experiences.
  • Strong Media Experience.
  • SEO & SEM skills.
