We're looking for a Director of Marketing to help build out our product and message in the B2B space. With a direct report to the CEO, this is a real chance to make a difference in a company while maintaining a work-life balance you can't find in a corporate position .
the Daily Deeds...
- Exploring new ways for us to innovate and expand our market reach by building the puzzle, not solving it.
- Optimizing Full funnel processes using Hubspot Suite
- A storyteller who excels at sharing the story through compelling content that connects via promo emails, newsletters, landing pages, blog posts, social media, & products.
- Working with other members of the marketing team to create a top and bottom funnel synergy and alignment.
- "Owning the lead". Creating an SLA with the sales department to maintain a steady flow of inbound leads within HubSpot.
- Full ownership of email campaigns: writing, executing, and scheduling email marketing campaigns using Hubspot software
- Provide quality assurance for outgoing email campaigns to ensure they meet style guidelines.
- Monitor, track, and report on all marketing campaign performance
- Provide analysis and new ideas and testing options
- Build all necessary automation workflows for every campaign using our CRM
- Building lead distribution flows to our sales team.

What We're Looking For...
- Marketing Mind, Creative Eye, and Personable spirit.
- 5+ years of Marketing or communications experience in areas such as: SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Landing/Web Page Development, Full-Funnel Marketing strategies in the B2B space.
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Proven success building out effective full-funnel marketing strategies.
- Experience continually measuring and improving activities and processes
Bonus Experiences...
- Knowledge of HubSpot Growth Suite (Enterprise)
- SaaS knowledge
- Video Production Experience (we have in house video editors)
- Strong Media Experience
- Some Graphic Design Experience
