Although we have been around since 2005, we are very much still a startup and hope to be forever. Over the past few years, we have transitioned from a tangible training media e-store to an amazing software/digital media company. Last year we had over 73% growth with our core training solution, SafetySoft. This should have been much higher, but we didn't have you!
The objective of this job posting is to find a Video Editor to help build out our product and message to Fortune 500 companies throughout the US.
This is a real chance to make a difference in a company vs working on one single segment of marketing or production in a corporate job. Although our web presence and core product are already well established, there is plenty of room for you to make your mark with SafetySoft.
Daily Deeds...
- Design and create marketing videos for email and YouTube.
- Design and create training videos for our company (our core product).
- Work with the Marketing Associate to create marketing videos for Social Media and any marketing campaigns.
- Design video content for special promo emails, landing pages, blog posts, and our website.
- Outsource and work with Production Studios to create custom content. Some light travel to shooting locations may be required.
- Utilize Shutterstock and similar software to create engaging training videos.
- Utilize the company's Adobe Creative Suite account to edit and create training videos.
- Update the content calendar as you build new content.
- Working with the Marketing Manager to build out engaging marketing videos for advertising.

What We're Looking For...
- A Skilled Editor, Creative Eye, and Personable spirit.
- 3+ years of video editing experience.
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Experience continually measuring and improving activities and processes.
- Having the ability to think big.
- Amazing Personality.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut.
- NO college degree is required (just have Drive).
- Content Creation.
